Concept BSP Ltd was established in 2002 as a Supply Chain Consultancy and Outsourcing company. However, the main drive behind the company was to provide outsourced logistics and back office services to SMEs, start up and international companies.

Having spent many years in the retail, supplier and haulage industries, Managing Director Larry Breen identified that for many small and start up companies, having the time and resources to manage the multipul facets of supplying the retail trade can prove very complicated for a new business. Whether you are manufacturing abroad or importing a product, Concept BSP's experienced team can assist with the relevant import and customs paperwork, and help find the right warehousing and distribution solution for your stock.

As many start up businesses are not in a position to employ full time staff, the daily administration is often the responsibility of one person, the company owner. Too much time spent on back office tasks and managing the supply chain means that the sales and marketing function (therefore growth) of the business is neglected. Similarly, concentrating purely on growing the business can mean that day to day back office tasks are neglected, and important calls can be missed.

In addition to this, many entreprenuers start their enterprise whilst still in a full time job, with the vision of being able to leave employment to become their own boss as their business grows. Although they benefit from the financial stability of continued income from their job, managing their fledgling company can prove to be time consuming and difficult within normal working hours.

Thus the vision of Concept BSP was born - a team of experts who could manage this process on behalf of a number of small companies, but on a "pay-per-use" basis so that financially, outsourcing to Concept BSP actually saves our clients money.

Since 2002 Concept BSP itself has grown, and as it has developed, our services have broadened to enable us to offer our clients what they feel they really they need to make their business a success.

Our premises also allow us to provide a small warehousing and pick and pack operation, ideal for those clients who have very specific pick/ pack requirements, or whose product volume is currently low.

Our motto is to offer the best level of service to our clients and their customers, and to take as much pride and interest in their business as a full time employee would.
