This client's business is importing wine from Argentina and Spain. Our first ever outsourcing client, this company has been with us for the last 3 years, and has now established itself as one of the leading importers of fine Argentinean wines.
The business is owned by the three directors, only one of whom is involved with the company on a day to day basis. His primary role is sales, marketing and growth of the business, which requires international travel on a regular basis. The company does have a working office, and also employs part time staff. However, when both the director and part time employees are out of the office, Concept BSP will take redirected calls for the period required.
Due to the complicated nature of the importation of wines (particularly from outside the EU) Concept BSP handles the relevant paperwork and liaises with the bonded warehouse and shippers to bring the wines into the country. This has meant that the company has not had to employ a full time import manager or put current staff through training to facilitate the movement of stock.
