As one of our international clients, the owner of this business spends the majority of his year in his home country, but visits the UK regularly to see customers and attend trade events. Unlike our clients who store their products in our warehouse, this client's volume of stock means that a 3rd party warehouse is required, and a stock control and accounts system was already in existence prior to the engagement of Concept BSP. In order to manage the services required by this company, Concept BSP uses remote access to log into the client's server.
Due to time differences, a high standard of communication between us and the client is required in order for Concept BSP to manage the daily tasks. The services Concept BSP provides this client with are as follows;
- Telephone answering
- Taking orders over the phone, and receiving them by fax and email
- Processing orders on client's server
- Advising client's customers of delivery of orders
- Liaising with 3rd party warehouse
